Events at Dragonfly
Private daytime events
Although we are not normally open for lunch, Dragonfly is available for private events during the day.
We do not charge a hirage fee, instead to have Dragonfly exclusively for a daytime event we require a minimum spend of $1500.
Lunch events must finish by 4 pm to allow time for evening setup.
And be on days we are normally open in the evening.
Cocktail Master Class
An afternoon with our professional bartenders, where your group learns to make two cocktails, including
Dragonfly’s Famous China Girl
Good for corporate groups, pre-dinner, hens, and stag doos or as an add-on to a lunchtime event.
Semi Private Dining
The Dragonfly Front room offers a window on to Courtenay Place and a capacity of up to 13 people on one table or 16 over 2 tables.
We classify the area as semi private as it is away from the main dining room, but doesn’t have a door to completely close off the space.
It is available for private use with a minimum spend
Courtyard events
The courtyard can hold up to 60 people standing.
The area is ideal for standing cocktail and canape-style events.
Minimum spends are based on our normal turnover for the day of the week you are looking to hold your event.
